Tom is a chartered Psychologist, an Associate Professor at London School of Economics and Political Scienceand author of the recent book "The Perfection Trap".

With 100+ publications on perfectionism, his research focuses on the consequences of perfectionism, examines perfectionism's impact on athlete burnout, motivation, and performance. Andy is a Professor at York St John University and co-author of "Perfectionism in Sport, Dance and Exercise".
