Tom is the a world-leading expert on perfectionism who investigates how cultural and economic changes drive increasing perfectionism in young people, with strong expertise in meta-analysis and generational cohort studies. Tom is a chartered Psychologist, an Associate Professor at London School of Economics and Political Scienceand author of the recent book "The Perfection Trap".
Dr. Andrew Hill
Professor
Andy is an international expert on perfectionism in achievement contexts, such as sports,education, and work. With 100+ publications on perfectionism, his research focuses on the consequences of perfectionism, examines perfectionism's impact on athlete burnout, motivation, and performance. Andy is a Professor at York St John University and co-author of "Perfectionism in Sport, Dance and Exercise".
Pia Marie Pose
PhD Researcher
Pia is a doctoral researcher on perfectionism and perfectionistic climate. She primarily focuses on researching perfectionism at work and its effect on employee outcomes. Pia is a PhD researcher at London School of Economics and Political Science and a management consultant.
